Kitlope Conservation Area
Kitlope Conservation is one of British Columbia's most important parklands, as it is home to the world's largest intact coastal temperate rainforest. The trees here are often over 800 years old, and provide integral habitat for bald eagles, moose, grizzlies and a variety of waterfowl. The park is popular with nature lovers, wildlife photographers and canoeists.

Nazko Lake Provincial Park
Nazko Lake Provincial Park includes a chain of lakes providing canoeists a route through this mountain region that should take between two and three days. The route has campsites along the way, but visitors are warned this wilderness park requires a measure of self-sufficiency. |

Clayton Falls Recreation Park
Visitors to this park can hike the trails that lead to the waterfall, watch salmon spawn from late July until September and enjoy snacks at one of the picnic areas. At times, seals that are searching for food can be seen at the mouth of the creek.

Tweedsmuir South Provincial Park
South of Eutsuk Lake, North Tweedsmuir Provincial Park gives way to Tweedsmuir South. Access to the southern section of the park is easier than the north end and canoeing the Turner lake Chain is a popular local activity. The park is home to a varied landscape, with shield volcanoes, flowing waterfalls and dense forests home to grizzlies, wolves, cougars and more.

Snootli Creek Park
Snootli Creek Park features a number of walking and hiking trails including one that leads to a grove of Sitka Spruce, Cottonwood and Douglas Maple trees. Other trails lead to the rodeo grounds, a gazebo and a beaver pond.

Ts'yl-os Provincial Park
At the heart of Ts'yl-os Provincial Park lies Chilko Lake, the largest, natural, high-elevation, freshwater lake in Canada, and home to rainbow trout, bull trout and sockeye salmon. To the west of the lake the Coastal Mountains rise quickly and to the east BC's dry interior plateau stretches out. Inside the park there are two campgrounds: Gwa Da Ts’ih, and the Nu Chugh Beniz, which requires a high-clearance vehicle to access. |

The Kitlope Heritage Convervancy Provincial Park protects the largest intact coastal rainforest in the world, which contains trees that are over 800 years old. Covering 317,500 ha (784,000 acres), the park has no trails or facilities but wilderness camping is permitted. The area is popular for viewing wildlife such as grizzly bears, black bears, caribou, moose, mountain goats, birds and more.

North Tweedsmuir Provincial Park
North Tweedsmuir Provincial Park offers unlimited outdoor opportunities in one of BC's most beautiful regions. Boating, fishing, camping, hunting and hiking are all incredibly popular within the park's bounds. Access to the park is often by float plane or by paddling down the Nechako Reservoir, so all visitors must be self-sufficient and properly prepared before entering.
